[Flare's Flashbacks] Miss Bindergarten

I'm REALLY ashamed for drawing this character, due to the obscureness of this character & the fact this character is supposed to be aimed for little kids. _{This is also breaking the mold for not drawing a Pokémon for once...} 

I'm pretty sure... NO ONE knows who she is, but she's from the Miss Bindergarten book series, a series that I grew as a kindergartner. I think that book series was the first time I got into furries, no joke.

So yeah, when I was rummaging around other stuff, I found one of these books and I immediately got childhood memories of it. So... I decided to draw her out, and wow, she was harder to draw than I thought. (those stripes MY GOD.)
